Side Wize is a high energy cover band, based out of Hammonton NJ, that performs rock, dance and party music as well as popular songs from the 70′s through today. The 5 member band was formed in 2007 and has played at private and corporate events as well as numerous venues around the South Jersey, Philadelphia area.

In 2009 Side Wize entered the 102.9 WMGK House Band Competition. Out of 1,200 bands SIDE WIZE made the semi-finals. RP Mac Murphy’s in Philadelphia held the event. Four bands played their hearts out but it was SIDE WIZE that took home FIRST place that evening. Cavanaugh’s River Deck in Philly held the finals, where they played to a packed house, overlooking the Philadelphia skyline. Unfortunately, they missed first place by two points but they ROCKED the crowd and had a BLAST doing it!

The band takes great pride in playing a wide variety of cover songs that people want to listen to. Awesome rock music and energetic live performances is what this band is all about. Don’t miss their next show!
